Acceptance of Terms. By using https://pureluxnailsalon.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Purelux Nail Spa markets and arranges Nail Care, Skin Care, Waxing, Spray Tan, Eyelash Extensions, Body Massage. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Purelux Nail Spa or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Account Closure. Purelux Nail Spa reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Purelux Nail Spa from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by OH law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in OH for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
